Hahnemühle Hemp uses one of the oldest and most diverse natural fibres in the world and is made of 60% hemp fibre. Shipping prices are dependent on your location, and may vary depending on which item is purchased. All items ship from NSW, Australia.
As with all postal services, unexpected delays can occur from time to time, particularly during peak periods such as Christmas. Ocean Alchemy will do whatever we can to help trace delayed parcels.
Domestic
Domestic orders are generally shipped between 5-7 business days. Tracking number can be provided upon request.
International
International orders are generally shipped between 10-15 business days. Customs processing times do vary and standard shipments can take up to 4-5 weeks (this is uncommon). Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
